This “short” book will explain about the mindset of a “Value” fresher. It explains about the attitude, thought process, and self skilling nature of a “true” fresher.  It will try to explain the different methods and approaches to self skill yourself and gain self work experience that will add value to your profile and differentiate you from others. The intended audiences are graduates looking for an IT job during or after graduation. Some of the concepts mentioned in this book might already be known to you but it highlights the most significant ones and tries to guide you in the right direction.
